JOHANNESBURG - Matriculants are anxiously awaiting the release of results next week.
Experts are hoping for an improved pass rate this year, especially in maths and physical science.

Last year the results were better.
However it has been reported that Higher Education is blaming the Basic Education system for producing 5,000 fewer science and engineering graduates.
