March aims to raise awareness on safe abortion

JOHANNESBURG - Take a walk through any city street and you will see posters for 'safe, quick, clean' abortions.

But, NGOs says these illegal clinics are far from hygienic or pain-free and have serious risks.

To mark International Safe Abortion Day, they are taking to the streets of Johannesburg..

They are demanding tougher action against the advertising of illegal abortions.

They also want to raise awareness about safe and legal services.
