JOHANNESBURG - South African Chef Luckson Mare has won big at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy regional finals which will see him compete in the world final in Italy.
The sous chef of Durban’s The LivingRoom at Summerhill Guest Estate, won the Middle East, Africa and South Asia regional final with his duck and sweet potato dish.
Mare defeated 14 of the region's most talented young chefs with his skill, dedication, and ambition.
