KZN Tourism | Crime, decaying infrastructure driving tourists away

LISBON, PORTUGAL - Once dubbed South Africa's playground, Kwa-Zulu Natal has seen some tough times in recent years. Violent crime has spiked, whilst amusement parks have been shut down. 

These challenges, coupled with natural disasters, are driving tourists away, and shutting down some businesses.
