LADYSMITH - In KZN, Ladysmith has been pummelled by rains yet again.
Close to a hundred people had to be evacuated on Monday night as heavy rains wreaked havoc in the town.
While no fatalities were recorded, some have raised concern about the lack of a plan by government or the local municipality to protect communities from future flooding.
