KZN Floods | DNA bungle delays closure for families

KWAZULU-NATAL - What have the local and national governments done in the five months since deadly floods devastated KwaZulu-Natal? Little it seems.

Some of the families of those who died to accuse the government of abandoning them as they seek closure to their grief, denied to them by bungled DNA testing.

Over 450 people lost their lives in the deluge, and scores more remain missing.

eNCA's Manqoba Mchunu sat down with two families who lost a total of 13 relatives at KwaNdengezi, west of Durban.

Watch the video above for more details.
