JOHANNESBURG - Pnet's job market trends continue to reflect a decline in hiring activity nationwide.
Month-on-month, hiring fell 5 percent from August to September.
On a year-on-year basis, hiring activity has decreased by 6 percent.
Despite these overall declines, there was a notable increase in hiring within the architecture and engineering sectors in September.
Additionally, the medical and healthcare industries have experienced a gradual rise in hiring over the past three months.
