JOHANNESBURG - South Africa lifted the ban on mixed marriages in 1985.
The Apartheid government believed this would appease freedom fighters and win international favour.
So, almost 40 years after interracial marriages were legalised and 30 years into democracy, we ask if mixed families are being normalised.
