Rachel Kutumela is charged with nine murders for the same reason.
But, these are just the cases that grab headlines.
In 2023, over 13,000 cases of fraud and dishonesty were discovered by life insurers.
That's almost double the amount the previous year.
This is according to latest stats from the Forensic Committee of the Association for Savings and Investment SA.
