Inadequate basic services adding to Johannesburg City decay

JOHANNESBURG - We have watched the city of gold fall apart over time.

There's also been an increase in hijacked buildings and a lack of service delivery throughout the province. 

The state of the roads, buildings, and other infrastructure in our metros is the focus on eNCA today.

We are also questioning whether  political leadership has the ability to carry out policies intended to maintain orderly cities.
