PRETORIA - President Cyril Ramaphosa has drawn a line in the sand.
In a leaked letter, Ramaphosa has criticised the DA's correspondence and demands, calling them disrespectful, condescending, and inconsistent with the Constitution.
The president says he's still negotiating with other parties interested in joining the government of national unity.
