JOHANNESBURG - The MK Party has lobbed a Spear at Parliament.
It wants the Constitutional Court to stop Friday’s first sitting of the National Assembly.
The party argues the election results were premature and are demanding fresh elections.
It comes as parties wrap up talks to form a new government.
