First electric minibus taxi rolls out

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa is hailing a taxi to reduced carbon emissions.

The first electric minibus has been launched in the country.

The eKamva, which means future in isiXhosa, is expected to improve the taxi industry's carbon footprint.
