JOHANNESBURG - The holiday season is not a happy and exciting time for everyone.

There are many people who suffer with depression throughout this period either due to the loss of a loved one, being unemployed and not having money or simply because they've had a very tough year.

The South African Depression and Anxiety Group experiences high call volumes during this time as many people seek help either for themselves or a loved one.
