JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's ambitious goal to have 90% job opportunities created by small businesses by 2030, looks out of reach.

The 2023 State of Entrepreneurship report reveals a lack of funding, and the impact of the rolling blackouts as main stumbling blocks.
