JOHANNESBURG - Toekomsrus in Randfontein on the West Rand, is fast becoming the latest hotspot for gang and gun violence in Gauteng.
Activists and the community policing forum believe that the surge of gang violence in areas like Westbury and Eldorado Park has now spilled over to the West Rand.
A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed in Toekomsrus on the weekend of the 30th of March.
