JOHANNESBURG - This morning on the eNCA SA Morning Soapbox, we ask: Should victims of long-time abuse be sent to jail?

It comes after a woman was sentenced to 10 years for killing her abusive partner.

The courts do not take a history of domestic violence into account in these cases.
