JOHANNESBURG - Nearly half of the female workforce are dissatisfied with current positions where and how they want to work.
That's according to A Working Women in SA report.
It says 92 percent of women have a strong desire to work and 78 percent strive to professional advancement.
But women remain under-represented in the labour force.
