JOHANNESBURG - South African schools are still struggling with overcrowding and poor infrastructure.
This is according to research by Equal Education. And, it's not just identifying problems but offering solutions.

Elizabeth Biney from Equal Education says poor infrastructure of schools has a direct impact to the quality of education offered to learners.
She says no amount of teacher training or curriculum development can address or make-up for the low-quality of education due to insufficient teaching equipment.
