KARIEGA, Eastern Cape - Residents of Kariega in Nelson Mandela Bay are fed up and frustrated of empty promises, made by those in power.
The government promised to help fix their homes and infrastructure damaged by the June floods.
But nothing has been done so far.
In fact, things have gotten worse, with some residents hit by floods for the second time.
