Early childhood development | Thrive by Five index shows worrying figures

JOHANNESBURG - One in four children in South Africa show signs of long-term malnutrition.

The 2022 Thrive by Five survey, assessed children aged 4 to 5 years old.

It found that malnutrition in that age group presents with stunted physical growth which affects them into adulthood.
