PRETORIA - A group of critically wounded South African soldiers is back home from the DRC.
They're currently receiving urgent medical treatment at the One Military Hospital in Pretoria, after landing at Air Force Base Waterkloof, early Tuesday morning.
WATCH | SANDF soldiers return from DRC
The remainder of the SANDF soldiers are scheduled to arrive back later this week.
They were injured in Sake, fighting M23 rebels who were advancing on Goma.
South Africa's presence in the DRC has been questioned after 14 soldiers were killed late January.
