Discussion | Water restored to Charlotte Maxeke Hospital

JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg's Charlotte Maxeke Hospital was affected by a water outage in the early hours of Monday.

This was due to insufficient supply and high water demand.

Water tankers were deployed to assist and the department of health says that water was restored on Tuesday.

But there are concerns as this could have led to a hygience crisis and some non-emergency surgeris had to be cancelled.
