PRETORIA - The University of South Africa has signed a memorandum of understanding with its two Russian counterparts to enhance student mobility programmes, joint research and shared teaching methodologies.

This move is part of South Africa's role in bolstering cultural diplomacy with the BRICS group of nations. 

Prof Zethu Nkosi, UNISA dean of the college of human science, said that if the children are taught in their mother language, they understand the concept and understand the information better, even partners are global,l they can understand mother languages.
