JUBA - South Sudan, there are fears of renewed conflict have led to Uganda deploying special forces to secure the capital, Juba.

The move comes as the power-sharing agreement between President Salva Kiir and Vice President Riek Machar faces increasing strain, with reports of sporadic clashes and high-level detentions.
