JOHANNESBURG - US President Donald Trump has signed an Executive Order to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement.
It aims to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
The long-time climate change denier pulled out of the accord during his first term.
The move comes as the Met Office warns the planet is 'off track' to keep temperatures down.
