JOHANNESBURG - SANTACO in KwaZulu-Natal wants to put a stop to lift clubs.
The taxi association says once money is exchanged it enters into the terrain of public transport.

In recent weeks a video emerged of a taxi marshal inside a motorist vehicle demanding that she offload passengers in her car.
Now they are calling on government to make quick work ensuring e-hailing services adhere to the rules for public transport services.
