GA-MATIPANE, TZANEEN - South Africa's unemployment rate continues to be a headache for the country.
Despite a slight dip to 32.1% in the third quarter of 2024, the numbers paint a sobering picture, especially for the youth, who continue to face disproportionately high levels of joblessness.
This has led many to urge the government to take more decisive and innovative actions to address the growing challenge.
According to research done by Professor Wynand Goosen structural incubation could be the key to unlocking sustainable job creation.
