Discussion | South Africa's unemployment rate rises to 33.5%

It’s increased from 32.9% percent in the first quarter to 33.5% in the second quarter.

That means there are officially 8.4 million without jobs jobs in South Africa.

And the stats are much higher when you consider those who have given up looking for work.

Labour consultant, Tony Healy, spoke to eNCA.
