JOHANNESBURG - Last week’s power cuts put a dampener on Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa and his team’s stellar work at Eskom.

The country had gone for over three hundred days without rolling blackouts before last week’s cuts.

However, on Thursday, President Cyril Ramaphosa in his State of the Nation address assured South Africans that load-shedding was a thing of the past.
