JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has replied to the criticism and gievances raised by the opposition parties on his State of the Nation Address.

For the past two days, the National Assembly and the National Council of Provinces have been unpacking the president's speech.
He's been heavily criticised by opposition parties who say his speech is an election campaign packed with empty promises.
