PRETORIA - The sustainable development report of 2022 estimated that South Africa would need to spend up to R6-trillion on transport, water and sanitation, basic education and TVET colleges.

But to achieve a roll out of these programmes, the country needs skilled professionals,
in infrastructure development sectors such as engineering, construction, urban planning and project management.
