JOHANNESBURG - It's wage talks season, and the South African Local Government Association says it's optimistic it will strike a deal with unions.
This after the conclusion of the second round of talks last Friday.

Salga has tabled a 3.75% across-the-board wage increase as part of a five-year salary and wage collective agreement.
