JOHANNESBURG - The case against 153 Sabie illegal miners is back in court on today.
This as rescue efforts continue at Stilfontein in the North West.
There has been much debate over the actions of police with some calling it a violation of human rights.
Others say it's a necessary evil to deal with crime that is out of control.
To discuss this further, Commissioner Nomahlubi Khwinana, from the SA Human Rights Commission spoke to eNCA.
