JOHANNESBURG - The lines have been drawn in the sand in terms of how the national government will be formed. That's following the 29 May elections. 

The African National Congress lost its majority at the polls for the first time in 30 years. It's opted for a government of national unity comprising of the ANC, DA, IFP, PA, and other parties.

So, what are the regional and global impacts of the election?
