JOHANNESBURG - There's no end in sight to growing youth unemployment, and it seems there's not much being done to upskill them. 

Joblessness increased to 33.5 percent in the second quarter of the year. 

Discouraged job seekers also increased to 42.6 percent.

Setlogane Manchidi, head of CSI at Investec, joins us to look at ways the private sector can collaborate with government to tackle high unemployment.
