CAPE TOWN - The DA is accusing the ANC of monopolising foreign policy in the Government of National Unity.
It came to a head when the DA asked for an inter-ministerial committee be set up for the G20.
The Presidency responded by saying that remains the purview of the President and International Relations.
It slammed the move as an attempt by the DA to insert itself into the functions of the President.
But, this is not the first time there has been divisions on foreign policy within the unity government.
