JOHANNESBURG - Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Health is continuing its hearings on the proposed Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill.

The Bill aims to classify electronic nicotine delivery systems and electronic non-nicotine delivery systems in the same category as traditional tobacco products.
This means a restriction on the sale and use of both nicotine and non-nicotine-containing products, such as vapes, in public places, and people’s homes and cars.
