CAPE TOWN - Equal Education and Equal Education Law Centre want all out-of-school pupils in the Western Cape to finally be given placements.

They, along with five parents, have taken their fight to the courts with an urgent application. They accuse the Western Cape education department of failing to adequately plan for pupils’ placements.
