JOHANNESBURG - The impact of Donald Trump's executive orders continue to be felt across the globe.
After suspending USAID funding, Trump signed an executive order, cutting aid to South Africa after the signing of the expropriation bill.
Joburg Child Welfare is one of the beneficiaries who are bearing the brunt of Trump's decision to pull the plug.
Its CEO Abubakr Hattas said their programme grew by 90 percent after USAID funding.
"It had a massive impact going from 300 beneficiaries to over 8,000 just last year," he said
