CAPE TOWN - The Umkhonto Wesizwe Party is asking the Constitutional Court to halt the inauguration of the next government.
It's filed for an interdict against the National Assembly sitting scheduled for Friday and wants new elections called, claiming the results of the May elections should not have been declared free and fair.
