CAPE TOWN - Teenage beauty queens, gearing up for the glamorous international pageant,
are in the Northern Cape this weekend.
They're collecting reading books to be donated to primary schools in the province, marking International Literacy Day.

The young ladies have been galvanised by the Unamandla-Isagoentle Foundation, started by 16-year-old Unamandla Vilakazi, winner of Miss Teen Mundial South Africa last year.
