JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Service Commission will proceed with its business as scheduled.
The High Court in Johannesburg dismissed the Umkhonto we Sizwe Party's bid stop its next sitting.
The MK Party wanted JSC activities to be suspended pending a review of John Hlophe's participation.
The party's Nhlamulo Ndhlela says they're studying the ruling and will be consulting politically to decide on a way forward.
