JOHANNESBURG - Donald Trump may have paused his reciprocal tariffs, but South Africa is not in the clear. It still faces a 25 percent tariff on cars and auto parts.

That tariff applies to all auto-exporting countries. If Trump's tariff ends, companies importing from the SA auto sector will face 55 percent duties.
