CAPE TOWN - The state of the coloured community will be discussed at the Hoerikwaggo Indaba in the Western Cape.
It marks the 50th anniversary of the Erika Theron commission, appointed in 1973 by the apartheid government.
It investigated matters pertaining to the coloured population.
