JOHANNESBURG - John Hlophe's withdrawal from the Judicial Service Commission has no bearing on the JSC interviews that are currently underway.
That's according to judicial advocacy group, Freedom Under Law.

Hlophe resigned from the commission on Monday.
Freedom Under Law says the MK Party does not necessarily have to be represented at the JSC.
The commission seeks to fill 21 vacancies in the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and various high court divisions across the country.
