We look at a province now that seemingly has got this issue right. It took Kwazulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli a few days to announce a 10-member provincial cabinet.
Ntuli from the IFP received 41 votes out of 80 in the legislature due to an agreement in the province involving the IFP, ANC, DA and the NFP.
