JOHANNESBURG - The uMkhonto weSizwe Party has thrown a spanner in the works by filing urgent court papers to interdict the first sitting of the 7th Parliament on Friday.

The party wants it cancelled because they claim the election results were declared prematurely and the IEC has failed to address their grievances properly.
