JOHANNESBURG - Sexual harassment in the workplace has been amplified following Andiswa Mengo's complaint, against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge.
Many victims of workplace harassment face challenges when coming forward,
often fearing judgment or retaliation.

Discussing this critical issue, Thembelihle Ntandane, from Sonke Gender Justice said the tribunal has exposed the rate of victim culture in the country.
She said it is this culture which tends to not believe victims or having a preconceived idea of how a sexual or rape victim should look like or act.
