Discussion | Education In SA | President to sign BELA Bill into law

CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to publicly sign the Basic Education Laws Amendment Bill into law on Friday. 

This, despite strong opposition from some political parties, one of these being the African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP).

The bill aims to strengthen governance within South Africa's education sector.
